Guanabana’s

This unique restaurant is completely outdoors set under a canopy of banyan trees and exotic, lush landscaping. With a Caribbean-style atmosphere that hugs the waterfront, Guanabana’s serves a variety of drinks and delightful seafood dishes. Site planning and architectural services were provided for this extremely challenging project.

Brevard Commerce Park

Multi-phased, 30-acre, 240,000 SF mixed use project requiring zoning and site plan approvals. Responsible for full architectural, engineering, and interior design services on all phases. Industrial park will consist of class A office and flex-warehouse spaces as well as industrial buildings.

Shoppes at St. Lucie West

This retail development with full site planning and governmental approvals was overseen for Menin Development. Nexus provided the architectural design of two outparcel buildings with more than 50,000 square feet, as well as tenant improvements and lease plans. Full architectural and engineering services were provided including all consultant coordination and project management.
