Weiss School

Nexus Design Group was responsible for all governmental approvals and site planning of this private school with the City of Palm Beach Gardens. Provided full architecture and interior design services on modernization of multi-phases creating pre-K wings and new classrooms plus addition of a new facade to the existing structure.

Harbordale Elementary School

As part of the design / build team, provided full architectural and engineering services including consultant coordination and project management under extreme budget, deadline and schedule constraints. Part of the $54 million Total Project Management (TPM) services for the School Board of Broward County. Worked with Royal Concrete Concepts, Inc. and James A. Cummings, Inc. to achieve aggressive project scope and schedule.

Blanche Ely High School

As part of a larger, 104-classroom, 9 separate school facility, $54 million TPM project for the School Board of Broward County. Nexus Design Group was hired to provide full architecture, planning, interior design, and construction administration services to achieve demanding scope and timeline. As part of the design / build team, full architectural and engineering services were provided including consultant coordination and project management under extreme budget constraints with strict design guidelines.
