Botanical Gardens

Full architectural services for this one of a kind botanical garden consisting of three structures: Main Pavilion/Education Center, Maintenance Building and Garden Pavilion, plus a nursery garden with several gazebos, kiosks and trellis structures for future phases.

Wellington Municipal Complex

Design criteria, planning and site approvals, schematic design services for the consolidation of the Village of Wellington’s three separate existing facilities into one signature facility. Programming was provided for the village manager, village clerk, council chambers, broadcasting studio, planning / zoning / building /engineering departments, information technology center, community center and gym.

St. Ignatius Kim Mission Church

10 acre, 10,000 SF master site plan with multiple phases and several structures including: church, rectory, social hall, community center, elderly housing, school, prayer gardens and playground. Nexus Design Group provided site planning, Architecture and project management services. Estimated construction cost of $2.5 million.
