Songdo City Golf Villa

As part of a massive urban development multi-phased project near Seoul, Nexus in collaboration with Yang Design worked on schematic design of a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course based exclusive residential community project.

Haesong Plaza

This massive, urban mixed use development project in Incheon, South Korea consists of a 5-star hotel, 27-story class-A office tower, and a three story major retail mall between the two high-rises with 8 stories of underground shopping and parking. Project was worked on for a 1-1/2 years while at Ellerbe Becket. Estimated construction cost of $550 million.

Escapist Resort

Challenged with designing this resort to blend with its natural environment on the Western peninsula of Costa Rica, Nexus created an architectural design that is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright.
