Mr. Mahrer brings more than 30 years of in-depth experience from the owner’s side of the AEC industry. With degrees and extensive experience in construction, Mr. Mahrer has worked directly for several large developers and owners, overseeing projects from start to finish, managing all design disciplines, wading through the approval process, solving financial issues, and administering the construction process. His expertise includes retail mall development, medical office buildings, and commercial facilities. Mr. Mahrer’s latest projects include Downtown at the Gardens, Phillips Point, Shoppes at St. Lucie West, Jupiter Outpatient Center, and Power Systems Manufacturing.
