Nexus Design Group awarded new projects --- May 2011

(Jupiter, FL) - Full service Architecture, Planning, and Design firm Nexus Design Group is now working with Palm Beach Zoo, The Bluffs Marina, Hulett Environmental, Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club, and Menin Development to provide various Architectural services.

Palm Beach Zoo (www.palmbeachzoo.org) at Dreher Park hired NEXUS to provide Architecture and Planning services for a 4,000 s.f. office renovation project. The Palm Beach Zoo will be consolidating their administrative office locations and updating their core functions at this new location.

NEXUS continues to provide full Project Management, Architecture, and Construction Management services for the new Dock Master building at The Bluffs Marina (www.thebluffsmarina.com) located in Jupiter, FL. This marina can accommodate vessels up to 155 feet and continues to expand upon their existing slips and various facility amenities.

West Palm Beach based Hulett Environmental (www.bugs.com) hired NEXUS to provide full Architecture & Interior Design services on a new 30,000 s.f. office building which will house their new Headquarters. This 3-story building has been site plan approved and ready for its next level of design and engineering services.

Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club (www.jorcinc.com) hired NEXUS to provide professional services for expansion and modernization of the clubhouse. The existing facility will be expanded by new locker rooms, 2nd floor classrooms, elevated viewing decks and walkways, a giant covered multipurpose courtyard, and a new snack bar with outdoor dining for added programs and functions.

Ongoing Architecture services are provided to Menin Development, Inc. (www.menindevelopment.com) at their PGA Plaza and Shoppes at St. Lucie West shopping centers for various prospective tenants of differing sizes. Headquartered in Palm Beach, MENIN is a privately held owner, developer, and manager of commercial real estate properties.
