Nexus works with its clients in the assessment of a site’s viability for a particular use through a rigorous site analysis that may involve soils testing, hydrology, vegetation, orientation and ownership issues, among others. We then work to resolve any land planning or zoning challenges, and provide detailed site plans that address such issues as traffic, access, circulation, privacy, security, shelter, drainage and other factors while designing an aesthetically pleasing and logical format for constructing roads, buildings, landscaping and bringing in utilities.
