Tim Cardwell, LEED-GA, AAIA, NCARB, PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Cardwell brings a decade of in-depth knowledge in project management and technical design of commercial, educational, institutional, and hospitality projects. Mr. Cardwell managed the Broward Schools TPM projects consisting of 110 classrooms, 260,000 SF, $54 million expansion of 9 separate school facilities. Additionally, he has also served as a plan reviewer for Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning and Building Department giving him in-depth knowledge of how to navigate the complex site planning and permitting process. Mr. Cardwell has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida Atlantic University.
